    Testing of Polymer Materials

    CTI has a variety of physical testing capabilities for polymer materials, including density, hardness, tensile, bending, impact, compression, DSC, TGA, melt flow rate, brittleness temperature, temperature of deflection under load, Vicat softening temperature, ash content, flammability, high temperature aging, low temperature aging and xenon-arc weathering tests. The testing methods meet the international standards (ISO), national standards (GB) and other tests according to the standard requirements of OEMs, the test objects includes PC, ABS, PP, PE, LDPE and HDPE.
    Service cycle: 7-10 working days (Aging test depends on the specific test time).
