    Textile Composition Testing

    There are mandatory standards or regulations of fiber composition in China, Europe, the United States and other countries and regions. CTI can determine the type and content of fiber in textile products through a variety of component testing instruments, to help you to confirm the fiber composition of products and fiber composition on the label content is consistent and conform to the regulations of the sales region.

    Textile Composition Testing

    ◉    Background

    There are mandatory standards or regulations of fiber composition in China, Europe, the United States and other countries and regions. Moreover, most fiber components of textiles are required to be marked on the durable label. If the marking is wrong, the cost of rectification will be very high.

    CTI can determine the type and content of fiber in textile products through a variety of component testing instruments, to help you to confirm the fiber composition of products and fiber composition on the label content is consistent and conform to the regulations of the sales region.

    ◉    Test service for exported textile/garment

    1. Applicable products

    Textile intended for garments: underwear, short sleeves, shirt, sweater, skirt, trousers, cotton-wadded jacket, down garment, pajamas, swimming suit, hat, socks, gloves, bib, etc.;

    Decorative textile: bedspread, curtain, etc.;

    Household textile: towel, handkerchief, bed sheet, pillowcase, quilt cover, blanket, quilt, etc.

    Semi-finished textile: yarn, wool, fabric, etc.

    1. Testing period

    Routine: 4 to 5 working days.
