We ask that donations be transparent. Among other requirements, the identity of the recipient and the plan for the use of the donation must be clear and the cause and purpose of the donation must be reasonable and documented. In our Code of Business Conduct, we specify the prohibited acts of donation, including:

  • Provides donations to individuals as well as for-profit organizations.
  • Remittances to private accounts.
  • Donations to organizations whose objectives  conflict with the principles of the Company.
  • All forms of quasi-donations.
  • Other donations that may damage the Company's reputation or cause major public relation crisises.

During the reporting period, we carried out a social donation of 75,000 RMB, including 20,000 RMB to impoverished villages in Du’an County for the construction of solar street lights , and 10,000 RMB for the Education Special Fund in Longgang District, Shenzhen.

During the reporting period, the Group carried out quality assistance, energy-saving and carbon reduction, food safety, charitable funds, blood donation and other public welfare activities. The group has been successfully selected as the "Product Hospital" for the 2022 Guangdong Province Product Quality and Technical Assistance Special Work.In the future, we will focus on quality assistance and targeted improvement for steel, cement and other building materials products and related production enterprises. We have also become a responsible organization for providing assistance to Huizhou City in Guangdong Province, to fully assist the provincial bureau in completing the "clean up" work with high standards and strict requirements.

Energy-saving and low-carbon public welfare

Case: CTI becomes a member of the Carbon Neutrality Committee

In April 2022, CTI officially joined the Carbon Neutrality Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association (CECA) and became a member of the CECA, actively contributing to the national carbon target of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".

Case: CTI becomes "2022 University Energy Saving and Low Carbon Voluntary Action" supporter

In July 2022, the China Energy Conservation Association held the "2022 University Energy Saving and Low Carbon Voluntary Action," Organized by the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee, CTI offers customized souvenirs for students who are active in volunteering, to encourage students to learn about ecological civilization, green development, low-carbon development concepts and relevant knowledge of coping climate change, and to improve the enthusiasm of college students to practice energy saving and carbon reduction.

 

Food safety public welfare

Case: CTI "Be a Food Safety Master" Activity

On 26 June 2022, CTI collaborated with Harbin Dingjin Food Co Ltd & Harbin PepsiCo Beverages Co Ltd to organise a "Be a Food Safety Master" activity to introduce to children how to correctly judge and differentiate food in their daily lives, thereby enriching their awareness of food safety.

Case: CTI awarded "Yicheng Cooperative Development Foundation Public Welfare Service Station"

During the reporting period, we were awarded Yicheng Cooperative Development Foundation Public Welfare Service Station, successfully approved as the second batch of Yicheng Public Welfare Service Station, achieving the empowerment of charity through technology.

Case: CTI "Love and Giving" Material Donation

On March 18, 2022, the Yicheng Foundation held the "Beijing Yicheng Cooperative Development Foundation’s 2022 Annual Conference on Rare Diseases and Technology Public Welfare and Project Declaration Guide Launch," CTI Beijing Company donated 20,000 RMB.
